I worked as a graphic artist, designer, and embroidery specialist. I also designed graphics for promotional items and t-shirts, which we then had printed by outside companies. I regularly sent out orders to these companies and maintained relationships with local businesses we worked with.

EACH PICK (JULY 2000 TO DECEMBER 2000)

I worked both alone and in pairs picking items to be packed into totes to be sent out of the DC and into retail locations. Worked overnights and overtime was mandatory. I was required to be both fast and accurate in my position.

AutoZone

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (1999 TO 2000)

Worked directly with customers to find them the correct parts, process warranty returns, gather customer information for new warranties, and successfully check out customers at the register without overages or shortages. Cleaned and maintained store interior and kept items neatly on shelves.
